Oh where to next ?
Pokolbin

Pokolbin is such a beautiful place and home to many wineries, cheese shops, gardens, restaurants and it has its own zoo. It is only about 2 hours from Sydney so it is the perfect place for a weekend away.
Things to See and Do

Pokolbin Village
There is a great little shopping village across the road from the Hunter Valley Garden that has a wide range of specialty stores, dining and accommodation including a gourmet chocolate shop and if you like cheese I highly recommend the cheese shop there.
Tours
I highly recommend doing a wine tour so you can relax and let someone else do all the driving while you get to relax and enjoy the local wines.
